Can Carbon Offsetting stop climate change

The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) identifies carbon offsetting as a highly impactful strategy for addressing climate change.Elevated levels of Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) in the atmosphere significantly contribute to global warming. By mitigating your carbon footprint through initiatives that remove CO₂ from the atmosphere, you can counterbalance your emissions and achieve Carbon Neutrality.Implementing small lifestyle changes, such as altering energy providers, modifying consumption habits, evaluating plastic usage and recycling, adjusting travel patterns, among others, can collectively make a meaningful impact. Nevertheless, achieving complete elimination of our carbon footprint is often impractical, and not everyone can afford significant investments like electric cars or solar devices.Becoming carbon neutral offers a cost-effective means to offset emissions that cannot be entirely eliminated, contributing positively to the climate crisis.

Are you regulated?

All our carbon offset projects undergo rigorous certification from the highest standards, including the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), Gold Standard Voluntary Emission Reductions (VER), and Certified Emission Reductions (CER) programs. As the three most extensive and well-regulated offsetting standards globally, we exclusively choose projects compliant with these criteria to ensure that every spent dollar directly supports approved offset initiatives. This rigorous selection process guarantees the accuracy and verification of measurements and CO₂ quantities. We strongly advise against opting for offsetting projects that do not adhere to these standards. To meet these esteemed standards, all projects undergo a thorough and transparent registration and issuance process, third-party audits, and supervision by the CDM Executive Board, appointed by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

How are you cheaper than others?

We have direct market access to the carbon exchange which is like the stock market but for carbon offsets. By doing so we can get prices far cheaper than elsewhere and the savings are then passed on to you. It's important to invest in the right projects but cost is also a major factor for most businesses and we understand that that's why we try to strike a fair balance between quality and cost.
